      1. Right of Withdrawal (EU, UK & EEA Customers)

      If you are located in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

      To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period.

      Important:
      Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, this right does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, including tea products.


      2. Return Policy (All Other Regions)

      For customers outside the EU, UK, and EEA, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

      To be eligible for a return, items must:

      • Be unused, unopened, and in original condition

      • Be returned in the original packaging

      • Include valid proof of purchase

      We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


      3. Non-Returnable Items

      The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

      • Opened or used tea products

      • Any consumable goods that have been unsealed

      • Items not in their original condition, damaged by misuse, or missing parts not due to our error


      4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

      If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible).

      Please provide:

      • Your order number

      • A description of the issue

      • Clear photo or video evidence

      Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion:

      • Provide a full refund, or

      • Send a replacement at no additional cost

      All returns must be authorized in advance.

      • The shipping label

      • The outside of the return package

      Returns without this code or prior authorization may be refused, not signed for, and will not be processed.


      7. Shipping Costs

      • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost

      • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

      Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

      We are not responsible for:

      • Lost return shipments

      • Items damaged during return transit

      We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.


      8. Refunds

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If approved:

      • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

      • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

      • We reserve the right to partially refund or deny refunds if the item does not meet return conditions

      Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

      Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
